 Shipping Policy

At Hafiz Cosmetics, we ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. We partner with reliable courier services across Pakistan to deliver your beauty essentials right to your doorstep.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: ₨ 150 flat rate for all orders below ₨ 2,000.

  • Free Shipping: On all orders of ₨ 2,000 or more.

  • Express Shipping: Available on request (additional charges apply).

Delivery Time:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2-3 business days

  • Other Cities: 3-5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your package directly on the courier’s website.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products (due to hygiene reasons).

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery.

  • Items without original packaging.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged).

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at hafizcosmetics@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0314-1652964 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you on the return process and provide a return address.

  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  5. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (please provide your bank details).

  • Store credit is also available as an option for faster processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately within 24-48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.


 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
